Legal Status

The Export Development Bank of Egypt – EBank is an Egyptian joint- stock company established under Law No. 95 of 1983, repealed by Law No. 170 of 2023. It is subject to the Central Bank of Egypt’s law No. 194 of 2020. It is governed by the Law of Joint Stock Companies, companies limited by shares and limited Liability Companies law No 159 of 1981.
